This is where it started. In 1997, Craig opened Sedona Bike & Bean here — the mountain bike shop and coffee bar at 30 Bell Rock Plaza that anchored the Village of Oak Creek for two decades. The building has since been renovated into a trail-side suite. Walk out the door and you are 30 steps from Slim Shady — the trail Craig helped build. A front patio for assembling bikes, recovering after rides, or watching the light shift across the red rocks. Pet-friendly. Sleeps two.
